There is a large gap in the church as a whole today. A gap that is seemingly getting wider and wider with every day that goes by. Statistics tell us that when a young man or woman graduates from high school at age 17 or 18, that we as the church will not see them again until they are in their 30's or even their 40's. By that time "LIFE" has happened to them. They have experienced life-altering events that have left them in a constant state of wonder and disbelief. When they do return to the church it will be up to us to "put them back together again." A span of sometimes 15 or 20 years will go by in this generation's life without input from the church at all. These are scary numbers for us when we consider that these are our future leaders, along with our business men and women. What's more alarming is that over 60% of the "twenty-something's" generation says that as teenagers they were actively involved in the church, but have failed to translate that into active spirituality during the early adulthood years.
but with a strong passion to reach their own generation. We need to train them up to go out and impact this world not only with ministry, but in every area of business as well.
gather together!
